At eskiin, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your eskiin account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the beauty products are in their original packaging and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
